MAIN FRAME:

• Truss Type, 36 inches (.91m) deep, all-welded tubular steel, 30 ft (9.14m) length including two (2) - 12 ft (3.66m) long main sections and two (2) 3 ft (.91m) intermediate sections, pin -connected, manual machine crowning standard. Widths available from 24 ft (7.32m) to 60 ft (18.3m).

TEXTURING:

• Transverse - Texturing carriage travels on independent adjustable carriage track attached to machine mainframe bottom truss member, providing independent crown and slope control of texturing head to match pavement profile.
  Texturing carriage has a 10 ft (3.05m) wide comb (to fit customer specification).
• Optional - Longitudinal texturing with operator controlled hydraulic pickup.

CURING:

• Curing compound distribution system includes: 300 US gallon (1135 L) capacity oval storage/circulation tank.
• A hydraulic variable speed and variable pressure pump for spraying, loading and unloading, and continuous jet agitation.
• System includes filtration, clean out ports, and pressure monitoring gauges.
• Application provided by rear mounted spray bar with wind hood, hydraulic (fold-up) lift mechanism, anti-drip spray nozzles and side edge spray nozzles. Spray bar and hood are standard with two (2) 9 ft (2.74m) sections and two (2) 3 ft (.91m) sections for 18 ft - 24 ft (5.5 - 7.32m) wide paving.

ENGINE:

• Powered 59 HP (44.25 kw) diesel engine with a 12-volt electric starting system

TRACK DRIVE SYSTEM:

• Four (4) hydraulically powered planetary driven tracks, 11.8 inches (30cm) wide, 48 inches (1.22m) long with variable speed control up to 130 FPM (39.6 MPM), forward and reverse. Poly tracks optional.
• Hydraulically powered steering for the four-track system provides up to 135-degree track steering for all track alignments and/or self-propelled transport loading/unloading.
• Two Track - 11.8 inches (30cm) wide track pad, 10' (3.05m) long
• Rubber Tire - Four (4) 14 x 17.5 puncture resistant, flotation - type

AUTOMATIC CONTROLS:

• Automatic controls for elevation and steering from stringline are provided by Bid-Well/CMI Hydra Mation® hydraulic, proportional, sensors, with multi-position mounting and crank-type adjusters.
